Earthlink offers two DSL packages, in the first plan it’s just $19.95 a month and the speed is up to 13 times faster than dial up service. The second DSL plan is $39.95 a month with speeds up to 70 times faster than dial up service. Both plans include installation kits but there are extra charges for shipping and handling.
