But once again you will probably find that it’s not enough access time or it has spyware so is free ISP really a bargain? If you can’t afford to pay twenty to thirty dollars a month for internet access then why don’t to try what we will call a nearly free internet access provider. There are many discounted internet access providers on a state to state basis and some offer unlimited dial-up plans from $4.95 a month and up with no long term contracts or commitments. If you only need a few hours of dial-up service a month then by all means NetZero or Juno may be they way to go.
